Questions

Is The Fit Chef free?

Yes. The free plan includes nine full recipes, today’s meal plan, one-tap logging, water and a shopping list. Pro unlocks every recipe, whole-week planning and auto-plan.

How accurate are the macros?

Every recipe is calculated from the gram weight of each ingredient using USDA FoodData Central values. Nothing is typed in by hand, so calories and macros always match the ingredient list.

Is it for fat loss or muscle gain?

Both. Set your goal to lose fat, maintain or build muscle and The Fit Chef suggests a calorie and protein target, then plans meals around it.

How many ingredients do the recipes need?

Eight or fewer, not counting salt and pepper. Most are ready in 20 minutes or less.

Does it work with Apple Health and Health Connect?

Yes. On iPhone The Fit Chef syncs with Apple Health, and on Android with Health Connect. It writes meals and water, and reads weight and workouts to keep your targets honest.

Can I meal prep with it?

Yes. Bowl week plans five lunches from one cooked base, and the shopping list merges duplicates and groups items by aisle.
